Abdulrahman Albanna holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, as well as a Certificate in Industrial Hygiene from BOSH and a Disaster Management Certificate from Royal Medical Services. He has a total of 13 years of experience working in an industrial environment, with 7 years of that experience in Occupational and Industrial Hygiene. He got the permission to open the Tatweer Petroleum Occupational Medical Clinic, which would handle PMC, PEMC, Emergencies, and Promoting Employee Health, all of which contributed to the success of Pandemic plan. He successfully executed the Pandemic Crisis for over 4000 employees, both Tatweer and contractual workers. The strategy was formulated before the pandemic reaches to Bahrain.

  • Dashboard monitoring – to quickly gain insights into the most important aspects of their data. To get real time insights and competitive analyses and use them to identify items that require urgent action, streamlining workflows and properly purposing resources based on the plan.
  • KPIs - to track the success and effectivity of the plan: Its Manpower, Bahrain/National Status, Tatweer Status, Contractor Status and Tatweer Vaccination Status based on the Stages of recovery plan as stage 1, stage 2, stage 3, stage 4.
  • Backup and recovery plan: Key factors – Stages of Plan (1, 2, 3, 4), Manpower, Administration, HSE recommendation.
